The terms that govern your use of BoopReel, including credits, pricing, refunds, and acceptable use
1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BoopReel at boopreel.com (the "Service"), operated by BoopReel ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use it only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
2. The Service
BoopReel is an AI pet video generation service. You upload a photo of your pet, choose a template (such as a dance, a trending meme move, a Christmas scene, or a fun scene), and the Service generates a short vertical video of your pet that you can watch, download, and share.
- AI models. Videos are generated by third-party AI models that we run through fal.ai: Kling v3 Motion Control and Kling v3 Image-to-Video (by Kuaishou), ByteDance Seedance 2.0 for templates with sound, and Kling v2.6 Motion Control as a fallback if the main model fails. Uploaded photos are screened automatically with Google Gemini 2.5 Flash Lite before generation. The model used for each template may change as we improve the Service.
- Pets only. The Service accepts photos whose main subject is an animal. Photos showing people, or containing unsafe content, are rejected and you are not charged.
- AI output varies. Each video is generated by AI and the result can differ from what you expect. We do not guarantee a specific look, motion, or quality for any video.
- Fixed prompts. Each template uses a prompt written by us. You cannot enter your own text prompts.
3. Your Account
- You must provide a valid email address and verify it before generating videos.
- Keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- One person may hold one account. Creating multiple accounts to collect free previews or invite bonuses is not allowed.
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Security → Delete Account.
4. Credits, Pricing, and Payment
Credit packs. Videos are paid for with credits. Credits are sold as one-time credit packs:

No subscription or auto-renewal. Each purchase is a single, one-time payment. We never charge you again automatically, and there is no billing cycle.
Cost per video. Each template costs a fixed number of credits, shown on the template page and the pricing page before you generate:

Credits are deducted when a video starts generating.
Validity. Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused credits expire after that and are not refunded. When you spend credits, your oldest credits are used first.
Free preview. Each verified account can generate one free preview video with a watermark. Free previews may be shorter or lower in resolution than paid videos.
Invite bonus. When a friend signs up through your invite link and verifies their email, you and your friend each receive 10 bonus credits. Each account can earn invite bonuses for up to 5 friends. Bonus credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded.
Payment. Payments are processed by Waffo, which acts as our merchant of record. Waffo collects your payment details and handles billing, receipts, and applicable taxes under its own terms. Prices are shown in US dollars.
Price changes. We may change prices or credit costs in the future. Changes do not affect credits you have already bought.
No cash value. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another account, and cannot be exchanged for money except as described in Section 5.
5. Refunds and Cancellation
- Failed videos. If a video fails to generate, the credits for it are returned to your balance automatically.
- Free re-generation. If you are not happy with a video, you can ask for one free re-generation within 24 hours of the video being created. Contact us with the video link and we will return the credits so you can generate it again. This applies once per video.
- Unused credit packs. You can request a full refund of a credit pack within 7 days of purchase, as long as none of that pack's credits have been used. Email support@boopreel.com from your account email with your order details.
- Other purchases. Except as stated above, or where required by law, credit pack purchases are non-refundable.
- Cancellation. There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel. You can stop using the Service at any time.
- Account deletion. Deleting your account permanently removes any remaining credits. Request any refund you are entitled to before deleting your account.
- Chargebacks. If you dispute a payment with your bank instead of contacting us, we may suspend your account while the dispute is open.
6. Your Content
- Your photos. You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You confirm that you own each photo or have permission to use it.
- Your videos. Subject to these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy, you may use the videos you generate for any lawful purpose, including sharing them on social media.
- License to us. You give us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your photos and videos only as needed to operate the Service: generating your videos, storing them for you, and displaying them when you choose to share them or submit them to the gallery.
- No training. We do not use your photos or videos to train AI models.
7. Acceptable Use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. It lists the content you may not upload or generate (including sexual content, violence, hate speech, content that endangers children, deepfakes or impersonation of real people, non-consensual intimate imagery, and content that infringes copyright or trademarks), how we moderate content, how to report violations, and what happens when the policy is broken.
8. Sharing and the Gallery
- Videos are private by default to your account. If you turn on sharing, anyone with the link can view the video. You can turn sharing off at any time.
- If you submit a video to the public gallery, it is shown only after our review. We may decline or remove any gallery video at our discretion.
- Anyone can report a shared video using the Report link on its page.
9. Data Retention
Uploaded photos are deleted 7 days after upload. Free preview videos are deleted 30 days after creation, and videos made with credits are deleted after 90 days. Download any video you want to keep. See our Privacy Policy for details.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, following the graded enforcement process and response times described in the Acceptable Use Policy. Serious violations, such as content that endangers children, can lead to an immediate permanent ban. Credits on accounts terminated for violations are forfeited and not refunded.
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any generated video will meet your expectations.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and change the date above. For significant changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
